Cliche as it may sound, being aware of the life experiences of your loved one and creating meaningful tributes is what we are all about.

There are signature services beyond the list below that we do for our families who call but frankly, our competitors look at our website for ideas and some services we’d rather not tell them about.

Our Signature Services

• Apply for all Veterans Benefits and complete all paperwork
  
• Notify Social Security and any other retirement programs if applicable
  
• Assist with any other necessary benefit notifications
  
• Immediate 24 hour availability of staff to respond to your call for help.
  
• Facilitate release of your loved one from locations such as hospitals, medical examiner or coroner’s office
  
• Arrange for and transfer your loved one to our funeral home. 
  
• Secure legal documents such as death certificate, burial transit permit, cremation permit, ect.
  
• Assist family with floral selection 
  
• Assist family with clothing selection for deceased
  
• Arrange and select special songs and playlist for a personalized service
  
• Assist families with outside correspondence regarding the deceased
  
• Create and place obituaries in newspapers
  
• Help families in finding a location or restaurant for a gathering after the service including providing menu selections for restaurants and catering services and setting up luncheons
  
• For deaths occurring away from home, coordinating with area authorities and funeral directors to coordinate the arrangements on your behalf to bring your loved one home.
  
• Your options of locations to have a tribute ceremony is only limited to your imagination, we can help find a special spot
  
• Use of a non-traditional vehicle to carry your loved one such as a motorcycle hearse or horse drawn carriage 
  
• Assisting out of town guest with locating hotel accommodations.
  
• Arranging for special musical options such as a harpist, bagpiper or string quartet. 
  
• Creating Memorial Tribute Video
  
• Assisting you family with any special request
  
• Assisting in ordering monument engraving and if needed monument purchase and placement
  
• Accompany family to cemetery to purchase grave lot if requested
  
• If you select a register book it will not just have guest signatures in but will be custom printed to become a family keepsake.
  
• Creation of a custom life profile, design and printing for the memorial tribute folders, and other memorial stationary
  
• Planning of fraternal organizations services and rites
  
• Provide water at the cemetery during warm months
  
• Provide blankets at cemetery during cold months
  
• Provide umbrellas to escort family members when raining
  
• Assist in addressing and or placing postage on thank you cards
  
• 24 hour access to a master licensed grief counselor via phone at no cost to your family
  
• Securing Presidential Memorial Certificate for Veterans 
  
• Use of fax machine for your family to send or receive a fax if needed
  
• Design & create meaningful tribute items to remember your loved one into the future such as memorial portraits, etched crystal and tribute candles, ect.
  
• Assist in planning for services in advance and securing finances to fund your arrangements to lock in pricing at today’s cost bringing peace of mind and protection to your family.
