John Little Obituary

John Kenneth “Kenny” Little, 55 of Thurmont passed away suddenly on December 23rd, 2022.

Born March 12, 1967, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania he was the son of Joan E Hobbs Little & the
late Donald W. Little.

In addition to his father, Kenny was preceded in death by his, Grandparents Maurice H. and
Eva E. Hobbs, and Cathy’s Grandparents M. Ray and Carmen L. Seiss.

Kenny enjoyed his time afield hunting deer and bear, fishing, riding his Harley in poker runs, and
playing slow-pitch softball. He was an avid fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, an active member of the
Thurmont Amvets, South Mountain Rod and Gun Club, and St. Anthony’s Shrine of Emmitsburg.
Most of all he enjoyed his pride and joy granddaughter Kiley Little.

Kenny was a proud member of UA Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters Union for over 23 years.
Surviving is his beloved wife Cathy Little; son Steven Little (Marisa); grandchildren Kiley Little,Levi Moser; siblings Barbara Little (Richard Noel) Charlie Little (Joyce), Dennis Little (Toya), In-
Laws: Ray & Linda Seiss; Sherry Topper (Mark); Vicky Troxell (Eric); Tammy Ferrell (Ryan);special cousin Pat Little (Terri), and special friend Ronnie Springer (Shelly); and many aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews and one great niece.

The family will receive friends on FRIDAY January 13, 2023 from 6-8PM with a Rosary service at
8, and will receive friends on SATURDAY January 14, 2023 from 10-10:45 with mass starting at
11am at St. Anthony’s Shrine 16150 St. Anthony Road Emmitsburg, MD 21727 with Fr. Colin
Poston officiating. Interment will follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.

A repass dinner will be held at the Guardian Hose Company Activities Building, 123 East Main
Street, Thurmont MD 21788

In Lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Lewistown Mountain View 4-H Club in honor
of his granddaughter Kiley Little.
