Roger Lee Reed Jr, 28 of Lanham, Maryland passed away unexpectedly at his home.

Born September 24, 1992 in Laurel, Maryland he was the son of Roger Lee Sr. & Kimberlee Ann nee Greenwald Reed.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Leroy & Linda Reed; maternal grandmother Patricia Greenwald; uncle Patrick Greenwald; cousin Steven Wheatley; and beloved Great Dane Havic.

Roger was a life member of the Frederick Chapter of DeMolay, and former member of Acacia Lodge 155 of Thurmont. He enjoyed boating, golfing, shopping, trips to Bermuda with his grandparents, studying history and was especially fond of flags. Most of all he loved his family and friends both two and four legged.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his siblings Ira Reed, Lee Ann Reed(Kaitlyn); paternal grandfather Norman W. Greenwald Sr.; uncles Gary Greenwald (June), Norman Greenwald Jr.(Beverly), Russell Reed; aunts Gloria Greenwald(Elizabeth), Beverlee Greenwald, Margaret Wheatley(Jon), Carrie Webb(Gene); special cousin Norman Greenwald II and numerous other cousins.  Also left to mourn is his beloved dog Bella.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday May 20, 2021 at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Fields Cemetery 1070 Cecil Ave S, Millersville, MD 21108 with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating.

Roger's care has been entrusted to Black's Funeral Home of Thurmont.
