Richard "Joe" Clark Stulll Sr. of Hagerstown passed away August 20, 2016 at Medstar Washington Hospital Center, Washington D.C.

He is survived by his wife Helen, son Richard Stull Jr, grandchildren Ryan, Caleb, and Elye, one brother of Blue Ridge Summit, PA and sister of West Virginia.

Arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family.
