Peggy Ann nee Wills Andrews passed away on Sunday May 20, 2018 with her loving husband Thomas by her side.

Born on October 12, 1939 in Frederick, Maryland she was the daughter of the late Walter Hugh Sr. & Lula Ella nee Adams Wills.

Arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family.

Peggy's care has been entrusted to Black's Funeral Home of Thurmont.
