Michael "Mike" Allen Fitzgerald, 63 of Thurmont and Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on Sunday July 1, 2018 at his home.

Born January 3, 1955 in Gettysburg, PA he was the son of the late Jerry & Dalene nee Martin Fitzgerald.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jackie Fitzgerald, and his brothers Casey and Sean Fitzgerald.

Mike had a passion for working with his hands which led him to own and operate his own construction business for many years.

In his free time Mike enjoyed hunting, target shooting, reloading and riding his classic Harley motorcycle.

Mike is survived by his children Bryan Fitzgerald, Brandon Fitzgerald and Sarah Baker; sisters Susan Willard (Dave), Kathy Haddon (Dave), and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family.
