Frank Charles Newell, 68 of Lurgan, PA passed away on Friday December 4, 2020 at Wellspan Chambersburg Hospital.

Born October 24, 1952 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of Miriam nee Greenawalt & the late Richard Leroy Newell.

In addition to his father, he is predeceased by a brother Lee Newell and sister Mary Newell.

Frank enjoyed dirt track racing, playing cards, trips to Atlantic City and loved animals.

Surviving is his son Gary Newell (Kris); sister Karen Shubert (Pastor John); grandson Zakk Newell; and long-term girlfriend Jean Gibbons. Gary is also survived by his beloved dog Boy.
