Ernest "Ernie" William McVey a.k.a Bouncer, 58 of Frederick passed away unexpectedly at his home.

Born on April 23, 1960 in Olney, MD he was the son of Leonard Odell Sr. and the late Betty Lee Hardy McVey.

He worked for and retired from the City of Frederick Public Works Department.

Ernie was a passionate member of Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.) serving as the president of the South Mountain Chapter.

In addition to his father Ernie is survived by his wife Jackie, son Brandon, daughter Maggie, brothers Leonard (Kristi), Richard (Brenda), Ronald (Vicky), James, Michael, sister Dawn, granddaughter Emily, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. Ernie will also be fondly remembered by his entire B.A.C.A. family.

A celebration of life is September 9, 2018 starting at 12 PM at Eazy Does It Bar & Grille 5525 Taneytown Pike Taneytown, MD 21787.
