Obituary
Carl Michael Bowen Sr., 64, of Thurmont passed away January 27, 2021 at his residence.
Born August 19, 1956 he was the son of Lewis Marie nee Waugh Lewis.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his son Carl Michael Bowen Jr.; and brother Jerry Wayne Bowen Sr.
Arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family.
Carl's care has been entrusted to Black's Funeral Home of Thurmont.
