Alisa Mae Moxley, 52 of Thurmont passed away on Monday January 21, 2019 at her home.

Born on January 23, 1966 in Frederick, Maryland she was the daughter of Alice M. Stoneburner and the late Franklin L. Shriner.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her father-in-law Meridith Moxley and mother-in-law Margaret Moxley.

Alisa was an avid beach lover and enjoyed NASCAR. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends especially her grandson.

In addition to her mother Alisa is survived by her husband of 29 years Scott Moxley, Daughter Christina Moxley, brother Brian Shriner, sisters Tammy Manahan & Lorretta Morris, grandson Riley Bowser, and many nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
